Domino's Pizza

Tried giving them the benefit of the doubt; made two separate orders, 2 and a half hours for 2 pizzas on a weekday night, cold when it arrived, forgot a two liter, whoever answered the phone was rude and had multiple excuses after waiting for 20 mins or so on hold...Same scenario a few weeks apart. Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere.

Good food. Great staff. All ways hot and fresh.

Always so slow for delivery my pizza almost never fails to come cold and old. Don't know if it's short staffed or what but they should start making pizzas closer to when it's actually going to be delivered rather than right away because delivery always takes an hour +

So I ordered pizza a few weeks ago and it was delivered cold and took an hour and half to get to my home. I’ve ordered again and once again pizza is over an hour out of the oven and still not here. It will definitely be cold and I will not order here again. Don’t waste your money!

Placed an order online today at 11am for a 430pm pickup. Arrived at 430 and pizza wasnt ready. All I heard was "I just got here, I dont know"! No apology, refund or anything. Got to wait another 20 minutes for my pizza! Not happy!

I have a $100 paying for my 17 food, the guy said he doesn't have change. I have to go back home and give him my debit card. After paying for the food. I told him, he has to get change so that he can serve his customers well. He was having an argument with me that it was my fault to use the $100 to pay for the food. I will never recommend this Dominos. They are rude and disrespectful.

Disgusting staff, rude and ignorant. The food was nasty and dry! I wish I spent my hard earned money on Pizza Hut!

Had a small delivery problem due to all the construction around Englewood, but the manager handled it and was very polite and respectful. Thank you again for all the help. The delivery driver also apologized and was super sweet. Would highly recommend this store. 😊

We ordered a pizza for delivery and never received it. The tracker stop tracking after it was taken out of the oven. We tried calling but no one would answer the phone. We called and spoke with Justin, the manager, the next day to complain and he just laughed and said what you want me to do about it. Then he stated he could not look up the order to determine what happened. He was very rude and we did not appreciate being blown off like our business did not matter. I wish I could give them no stars.

I only gave them the 1 star so I could write the review. I had placed my order and they said 25-35 minutes. Cool can deal with that. It didn't show up for a little over an hour. When I called the person said they only have 1 drivers and they are getting them out as fast as they can. Also the "tracker" isn't correct. Phone orders get placed and filled faster than online. No sorry nothing. When it was delivered it was barely warm less than room temperature to be exact. I called and a different person answers. I was trying to ask a question and the guy hung up on me. I will NEVER be ordering pizza from there again I call the cooperate and they say the boss was going to call me back!! Never got a phone call .

Rude, inconsiderate and so much grease on the pizza, wings were cold, will not return.

Best fast pizza around. I am amazed at how good the pizza is now.

Pizza looked burnt and they took 8 minutes to answer the phone and they also forgot our sauces which I paid for which is the reason I was calling them back.

Pizza was fresh out the oven made just how i ordered it no wait time

They gave me the wrong food. And I took it back and they told me they would refund my card and they never did. The food was disgusting, it tasted like it was sitting there for hours 🤮 I will never eat at this dominoes ever again.

Everything tasted good. Just wish my pizza was made properly. Two slices had only one bite of sauce and cheese.

Pizza is good, but I've got a big problem with them suddenly charging a dollar PER TINY packet of chrushed Red Pepper. Not sure if this is Local or Domino's wide.

My order has been in "quality check: since 6:50 and it is currently 7:38pm. I have been on hold for now 33min. Do Not Order From This Fraud Of A Business!!!! We are long standing fans of Dominos Pizza but seems like the N Oak Trafficway location is a 10000% fraud.

This is the worst Dominos ever. They continually screw up orders and forget to bring things even when ordered online. How can you screw that up? The pizza is usually greasy soggy or all air bubbles and crust. Horrible! Incompetent.

We called on Friday evening at 6:15 and ordered 2 Pizzas and wings. The tracker showed the ordered was received. After 15 minutes in PREP, we attempted to call to make sure they actually received the order. We were on hold for over 30 minutes. No one ever answered the phone. Then the pizza was in the oven and then quickly Under review. It sat on the counter for 20 minutes. We finally received the pizza at 8:05, ice cold, dried out...and the wrong pizza. The driver was embarrassed, and said Dominoes was "a wreck and going down fast..." The whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

Justin hooked us up! He was very friendly and helpful. Service was speedy and efficient. 10/10 would recommend!

This is by far the worst domino’s I have ever dealt with. On hold for 40 minutes, with an excuse of “we can’t answer the phone because we are busy” when going up to the store. A bunch of young kids that seem to not have the slightest clue of what is going on. I got told my order wasn’t at that store then they magically found it. The absolute worst customer service. They had 4 to 5 workers. One of which is standing around and no one can seem to answer the phone. This store will never again receive my business or anyone I know if I can help it. I’ll be calling corporate ASAP.

I placed my order online and when I got there, they have given it to someone else and I had to wait for them to remake it. I did get a discount but I still had to wait.

This store is absolutely horrible. If you can't staff a store and meet demand close the doors. I have given this store several times and it is the same everytime. Oven's broke short staffed, driver went to wrong address and cold food if it makes it here. This time wife called to check on the order she said it sat in quality control for over a hour. Maybe you should go back to Domino's pizza. Sorry Domino's you have lost a customer at my residence and at my two businesses and will also make sure my friends and coworkers are aware before this happens to them

This is our Dominos and we have used it for years. We have NEVER had a problem other than the one I created by ordering a pickup pizza at the wrong location. They rushed an order in and called the other store to explain my mistake. Wonderful customer service that is missing most places these days. And the prices just can't be beat if you are using the online coupons. I can feed a house of teens and keep our budget in order!
